DESCRIPTION:
Disposable folded filters, these filters have an average efficiency range 40% -45% (MERV8) and are made of high quality materials in both filter media and frames.

High quality and design allows them to be accepted and chosen for multiple applications, as are appropriate to filter air volumes and different speed ranges ranging from 0 to 500 FPM (feet per minute) in the case of the filter 1 » and 2 «(inches) thick, and from 0 to 625 FPM (feet per minute), in the case of filter 4» (inches) thick.

The inherent strength of these filters allows rapid filtration without the air filter disarm or deform.

Folds design allows the filter media is fully used, thereby providing a maximum airflow and a very efficient retention capacity, plus double the effective filtration area.

The Vermont folds radial design ensures greater efficiency when contact with air, also provides uniform dust adhesion.

Special design (radial) folds reduce the maximum loss of airflow.

* To make the most of the excellent efficiency pleated disposable filters is recommended to replace at least every 30 days (in normal use).

MATERIALS:
Disposable filter folds are made of reinforced cardboard frame, mesh galvanized unfolded sheet, outer support metal and synthetic filtering media.

* The actual extent of the disposable filter folds is ¼ less than the nominal size, both width and high inch.

APPLICATIONS:
Heating systems, air conditioning or ventilation can improve significantly when these filters are used.
